I have absolutely the worst experience ever with this company! I have a very sick cat that needs the prescription food that I ordered on Nov 19th, it is now Dec 4th and I still do not have the food!
When placing the order they have an area that needs a prescription and an area of products that do not; the food that I ordered did not need a prescription, but since I had one I called to confirm it was not needed anyway.
I have been calling... and calling... and calling only to be told you order is shipping, we need your prescription, your order has shipped (again), your order has shipped we'll send a tracking number, and since I did not get a tracking number I called again today to be told that they don't know if it shipped!
On top of all of this they advertize free ground shipping on orders over $100; they had the nerve to email me to tell me they were going to charge me shipping!
So here I am with 1 can of prescription cat food left... and nobody to help me get this food!
And just so everyone knows... I chose 1 star since I cannot choose 0!
Here is an update (12/5/08) ... I called about 9 or 10 more times between yesterday and today after being told that I would receive an email with a tracking number, that I would receive a call from the manager, etc. I finally called and got the manager, he said that my delivery was stuck in a hub at UPS and he had to contact UPS, he promised he would call back in 10 min; with the history of this order I gave him 15 and called back... guess what... he left for the day!
So I spoke to someone else who said that the product was damaged in shipping and UPS cannot deliver the package so it was refused back to the company. I don't believe this for a second as they still cannot provide me with a tracking number!
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
