Our complaint is centered around the failure to fulfill a contract for the installation replacement doors as a part of a larger project at our residence. Upon delivery of the doors the contractors was paid in full per the contract but neglected to pay the supplier. The doors were ordered in December 2010 and delivered in May 2011. To this date we are still trying to work with the supplier to obtain the doors. Done Deal construction is not able (or willing) to fund the material to the Supplier to allow for final delivery and installation. After several inquiries, Done Deal has not provided any assurance the project will be completed and has stopped communication. He has admitted through emails that he has no work at this time and can not pay for the doors. As of this review we are seeking legal assistance through an attorney to try and recover our financial loss - July 2011.
