I know the BBB is usually about complaints; in this case, I would like to
praise and recommend a company, Drain Masters.
While I was out of town, on business, we had severe plumbing
problems at home. Sewage water came up in all three bathrooms,
damaging walls, hardwood floors, baseboards, etc. My wife
was in a complete panic, just besides herself.
Baltazar and Drain Masters came in and took care of the sewage problems, but
more importantly, were sensitive to the state
of my wife and took care of her. (They even went to the
store to buy fresh cilantro for her; which, for some reason, she deemed very
important at the time.)
I called to thank Baltazar personally, and he asked I just
inform the BBB of my thanks. Clearly they went well beyond
the call of business, in caring for my distressed wife.
