I purchased Dual Action Cleanse a couple of years ago. The product worked perfect. Can I say that the product did exactly what was promised? I do not know. I am not a physician, but I felt better. I had no pain or discomfort. Without being too graphic, my colon cleansed for sure. I had energy, my stomach flattened down, and I breathed better. I am not overweight, or otherwise unhealthy. I did not have any trouble ordering on-line. I purchased only a 1-month supply. I paid one price. The website was very clear. You could order for future, or just the one time. I do not know what all the confusion is about and why so many have had bad experiences with the product or customer service. I may have received two emails about six months after my first order asking if I would like to order more. I did not and was never bothered again. I am in the process of ordering again. When I "googled" Dual Action Cleanse, there was a sight that said, "don't buy Dual Action Cleanse". Of course, I read the sight and it seemed the majority of complaints came from those not paying attention when ordering the product on-line. Thus, I had to investigate and viewed the BBB sight. I figure it is important to comment the "good" about a product or company. I just never experienced the bad. Before I even ordered the first time, I also investigated the ingredients in the product. I do not take any other medication so I was not too concerned with drug interaction. I have recommended the product to several friends and family members; especially the constant “meat-eaters” and those who say they do not have bowl movements for 2-3 days at a time. When you eat, you must pass it at least 24 hours after. The response I received from them was positive. Unfortunately, people want a cure-all pill to make them lose weight or suddenly become perfect. The company never claimed such things and one has to expect that any return policy is not always immediate. The product is listed as a “supplement”; not a cure for defects in the human body. If taken as directed, there should be no discomfort.
