Terrible Workmanship

I will never purchase a ring or piece of jewellery from Sofia Fiori again. This was my engagement ring back in 2013 and I fell in love with it , but after wearing it for 1 day - a side diamond fell off. I returned it under warranty and guarantee and it was fixed but I've had to fix it 4x since then!!
I am across the Border in Canada and issues on trying to get the ring across and back was a hassle, therefore most recently I've asked for a local jeweller to fix this (with Sofia Fiori's approval) but no jeweller wants to take it due to the POOR workmanship on all the other stones on it. I am disgusted on what I have learned about how this ring was put together. It's terrible and I'm still trying to resolve this with no one to really escalate this to besides a Manager from Sofia Fiori who has tried to assist but not solve my issue.
I need help!
