Fraudulent company. Services NEVER RENDERED

Worst company and service ever! I paid these guys $5000 6 months ago to do a few years of back taxes. And nothing, no work, no progress, no communication. I have handfuls of unanswered emails and texts. Call were unanswered and never returned. I have recently gotten a hold of someone and they are refusing a return of the funds I paid and have still not done the work I paid for. I have contacted an attorney. Do not hire this company they are fraudulent.

Shawn the manager of this fraudulent company has given me the run around for the last few months and is now asking for another $800 to perform the service I paid for 8 month ago. He has been extremely unprofessional, condescending and even taunting. Stay away from these guys. They have been an absolute nightmare!
See all the BBB complaints for the same thing I’ve experienced like 12 different complaints of taking the money, performing no services and not responding to clients trying to contact them for updates.
