I have read the other reviews. My experience was the same as Tamara's. In June of 2010, Steve contacted me and offered to send one trial cartridge. Within 30 days he followed it up with two more saying it's part of the agreement. Nothing is in writing so it's he said she said. I accepted the other two because the first one was working fine and put there account on 60 day terms to allow more time to verify his claim of 12,000 - 18,000 copies. Next comes the auto-ship scam. When I blew up at Steve about the fact that I did not agree to auto-ship and I didn't want them, he told me they were already on the way. He told me I could switch them out for others I may need. I inventoried my supply and told him I couldn't use them. He told me I couldn't return them.
It's now November and since then, the original cartridge has begun smearing the copies. Another cartridge didn't work at all. I have tried several times to call these people with no answer and no way to leave a message. You can see why they offer a 5% discount on their over-priced, defective products. Lesson learned: Don't say yes to a new vendor before checking them out. Had I come here first, I would have never done business with these people.
