I'm a teacher and when I bought my home it was definitely only temporary, because I wanted to relocated in a year that's why I decided to go with a cheaper teaser loan.
But I ended up needing to stay, and I got stuck with my house, I tried to sell it for months before the loan was about to reset to a higher monthly. I just couldn't sell it! I found your company online, and you were able to negotiate with my bank to keep the lower payment.
I wasn't able to sell my house, but at least I can afford it now, and I don't have to worry about selling it for a while.
