I got a mattress set from them a couple of months ago and was delivered the wrong items. They promise to come in and replace them several times with no avail. For two months I called and called and called until my lawyer finally got them to replace the defective items. They even had the logo of the Better Business Bureau up on their websites, I found out after that they were not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau. They are dishonest and full of excuses.
