This company seems to be nothing more than a scam. I called them to repair my Toshiba Plasma. The guy who came out for the service call was about 18 years old. He bumbled around with the TV for awhile and then told me a fan needed replacing. He charged me $100 and said I would get a call about the replacement part and getting my TV fixed. They never called back and they have not returned any of my numerous calls. 4 weeks later, my TV is still broken and I am out $100. These guys suck!
