I must warn you that my review is a long one due to what exactly happened btw/ the company and me. I had two broken windows at my condo (being leased out to a tenant) and Keifer Riley was hired to fix them. First, he told me that he needed to order the parts from another company and said it would take about 2 weeks to receive that parts once I put down a deposit. After paying it with my credit card, i asked him to call me once the shipment came in. After a month, he still had not called me back. When I got a hold of him over the phone, he said it just got shipped out a day ago from the other company. When I reminded him of him telling me it would only take 2 weeks, he "politely" apologized in a very insincere demeaning tone of voice. Once again, I asked him to call me once the shipment comes in. I waited another 2 weeks and still no call from him. When I called him, he told me that the parts came in 2 days ago in a matter-of-fact voice. All frustrated, I asked him why he didn't let me know when the parts came in, he just simply apologized and told me he was going to call me soon. Hoping that I can finally get the windows fixed, I gave him the tenant's phone number so they can arrange an appointment for him to come and fix them. And I asked him to let me know when that day was going to be so I can be there to watch him do a good job and pay him. Once again, I waited about a week for him to let me know and still no call from him. When I called him, he said he called, but the answering machine came on. He said he didn't remember if he had left his phone number for the tenant to call back or not when I asked him about it. By this point, I could totally tell he was just trying to get on my nerves on purpose saying whatever he felt like to me in a very faked polite voice. Once again, I asked him call the tenant back and set up the appointment and let me know which he again promised to do. After waiting another 2 frustrating weeks, with the intension of cancelling the order and reporting the fradulent credit card charge by Keifer-Riley, I called the guy. When I asked him what was going on with him not calling me back, he told me that he already went over to the condo and fixed them without me! I was sooo mad. AND he charged it to my credit card without even asking me if that was how I intended to pay off the rest. Overall, my experience with him and the company was frustrating and demeaning. I hated being talked to by the guy in such a fabricated "polite" way. he was the most frustrating service person i had ever worked with thus the company service was beyond extremely poor.
