I have had nothing but excellent customer service with L.A.Outback. They always answer the phone (even on the weekend) and they seem genuinely eager to help and answer questions. I have bought from them on four different occassions and will buy from them again.
They have moved from Laguna Beach back to Los Angeles (Studio City) though, so I'm not sure why the address on the BBB website still has them listed in Laguna.
A very good company.
