Very very unhappy with Leaders merchant services. When I set up my account last month, I specifically asked about all the fees and Tony told me no other fees other than the swipe fee and percentage of sales. I got the mobile card reader but was not able to use it because my phone was too new for their software. So for a month I did not use the cc reader. Today I get their bill with a $25 fee. I called and waited 30 minutes to talk to a rep. He tells me I can cancel my account but since the gateway was open, I can't get a refund even though it was a service I couldn't use. I feel they also didn't value me as a customer with their uncaring attitude. I feel I was definitely lied to. Stay away from this company. I asked all the right questions before I signed up but was still lied to.
