This company is terrible with communicating with their tenants. The turn around time on maintenance is beyond ridiculous. It took them 4 months to even come look at the water damage issue I had in my floors and it still hasn't been fixed. They will not work within your schedule at all and just show up randomly at your door early in the mornings. The rent is way too high for a slum like this. They claim to take care of their properties but in my case, they cannot be true.
