This company is a sad excuse for timeshare sales. On behalf of my 72 year old mother, I am writing this review. These people preyed on a Spanish speaking, senior citizen by enticing her with a mystery question that, when properly answered, would award her with a prize to an exciting vacation destination such as Cancun, Disneyland, Disney World and others. Of course, she answered the question correctly and won a prize to the destination of her choice - she chose Cancun. After paying $249 and believing this was a processing fee to get her trip granted, she only came to find out from friends that she was scammed. Once I called this company to find out more about what they were giving her as a prize and exchange for $249, I was told it was for a hotel stay in Cancun (no flight or meals included) and she would receive coupons for area attractions if she attended a meeting. Immediately I knew it was a timeshare sale and called them out on it - which they then admitted. Sadly, they used a mystery question and supposed prize as a hook line and sinker for my poor mom. How about just calling potential customers and telling it like it is instead of acting as though they won a prize. Paying $249 plus flight and meals to go listen to a timeshare is no prize!! Hopefully BBB can get my mom her refund since they won't return my calls.
