While this company's beautiful catalog and WEB advertisements reminded me of the time I lived in NM and temped me it took me a couple of years before I ordered anything. Now I wished I had not! Since the original order 01/24/2009 I have received only one of the two products purchased yet my credit card was debited for the entire amount of both immediately! The item I did receive was a food product that was shipped without any ice pack or cooling method and after it sat in the post office overnight was not even cool to the touch! This is a frozen item per the catalog. There were no cooking or reheating instructions of any type include with the product, no nutritional information, no date of manufacturer. The product label contains a list of ingredients used to make the product only. I have made several phone inquires as well as emails and to date have had no further contact with the company regarding the remaining item on my order. It is now March 16 -- almost two months since my purchase of Jan 24th! I am very disappointed and would NOT recommend this company to anyone due to non existance of customer service and risky shipping methods for food items.
