I placed an order on April 1st, the tracking never updated from information sent, to in transit. So after 1 week I contacted UPS, who told me the reason for this was there was never a package received with this tracking info and to contact the shipper as to why it didn't get sent out. When I tried emailing I got no response because the hyperlink on their website to email them doesn't actually do anything. You can send them a dozen emails like I did and they never get any of them. So then I called and spoke to a young kid who said he'd "check into it". A day later he was to have called me back with some info, when he didn't I called him back. He told me that UPS said it was out for delivery and we'd have to wait to see if it showed up. As he couldn't initiate a trace until after the delivery date. So I called UPS back and they said that was BS because there was no package, much less was it out for delivery. That evening about 9pm I called the boy back, and he said he remembered talking to me a few days ago and he'd check into it in the morning. He said that if in fact it hadn't been shipped out for some reason he would send out another order. Another day later and still no word from this kid, I called once again to find out this kid I had been speaking to, was the owner of the company, and he wasn't in today. So now they've had my money for over a week and a half, and there was still no order anywhere. When I contacted them I spoke to another kid who told me he'd have to wait till the owner came back the next day to discuss it with him, I replied that I was going to contact the BBB to see what they could do. The second kid called me back at the end of the night to tell me he had talked to the owner who told him to send out another order. Four days later there is still no tracking info for this order. It shows as just info submitted for pick up, with no package being shipped like the last one. Not to happy with the characters from Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure running things at this company. Two weeks, and still waiting for an order to be packed and shipped. No word yet and still no way to contact other than phone tag. I give em 1/2 of one star.
