STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY: worst online shopping experience ever. Found PCPS website in Jun 10 following link from PCPS's Google products ad for new graphics card that I bought. Card arrived about 3 weeks later & worked for about a week, then stopped working. Investigating, found evidence card not new. Requested RMA. After several days PCPS directed me to return card to Placid Dr in Corona. Did so in Jul 10. Heard nothing for over 2 weeks. Finally inquired into status of RMA and options. PCPS said replacing card would be very slow & offered store credit. Tried unsuccessful for days to place store credit order via website. Finally used other means to submit order. PCPS notified me in mid-August order would be processed. Store credit order involved several dozen small items (cable sleeves, fans, & cables). For some, PCPS promised 24 hour shipment, with rest to ship within 8 business days. Over two weeks passed. Heard nothing. Finally PCPS responded to my inquiries & promised shipment within week. Requested refund several days later, believing PCPS would not fill my store credit order. PCPS immediately denied refund, asserted order would ship soon, and began to claim returned card "in 100% working condition." Mid-Sept 10, 4 weeks after submitting store credit order, received large box (15" x 15" x 16") containing 4 of the 24 items I had ordered (& another item not ordered), plus packing trash & sheet of paper "Partial Shipment." Six more months have since passed; order remains unfilled (without explanation). Tried dispute resolution: PCPS argued (1st) returned card was working, & (2nd) that I still had store credit. Well, PCPS offered me store credit when I inquired about RMA status after they'd received returned card and had ample opportunity to test it; later PCPS accepted my store credit order; only later did PCPS decide to argue about card. And store credit has no value if PCPS does not fill store credit orders. Websearch sadly suggests my experience is typical: PCPS uses Google products to advertise used products as new, then (after purchaser returns used junk) delays indefinitely and responds to inquiries with off-topic arguments. (If you need actual address, you might want Placid Dr where PCPS is registered as California business entity (20081981049) and holds Corona business license (641905); UPS identified it as residential when I returned card. PCPS told me several times they are located in Costa Mesa. In January, however, Costa Mesa informed that Harbor Blvd address is just a mail drop (seemingly UPS store); Costa Mesa also informed that PCPS did not have current Costa Mesa business license but held such license (BL029934) from Mar 07 to Feb 09 only at Albert Pl address listed on PCPS website.)

This person Named carl p rupert , received the store credit and also received a package containing the products he requested, He NEVER mentioned he had received a package with items he requested as replacements for the video card he ordered and returned stating was malfunctioning, our tech Dept tested the Video Card and it was in PERFECT WORKING CONDITION, We are forwarding this to our Legal dept for proper action since this person left several untrue feedback in several places with just a partial side of the story and intentionally no informing he has received several parts he requested for the video card return he made, We hold a proper business license and permits requested to operate our business without any single problem since 2000, below is copy of the list it has been shipped out to this person and the email this customer sent to our sales dept requesting the items shipped: ,"Since I have already been billed for the returned defective EVGA card, I naturally do not wish to authorize further charges or to have my credit card rebilled in order to claim the $388.40 store credit I will therefore place the order here and will send a confirmation by email I wish to order as follows: two (2) Generic Cable Sleeving Kit Blue @ $13.10 = $26.20 two (2) Generic Cable Sleeving Kit Black @ $13.10 = $26.20 two (2) Generic Cable Sleeving Kit UV Red @ $13.10 = $26.20 two (2) Generic Cable Sleeving Kit UV Yellow @ $13.10 = $26.20 four (4) Bafo 1394 6Pin to 6Pin 15ft Super Speed FireWire Cable @$9.90 = $39.60 eight (8) Generic 8cm 4-LED Case Fan (Blue) @$11.99 = $95.92 four (4) Super Talent 100ft CAT5e Cable (Blue) @$16.00 = $64.00" more information as the UPS Tracking Information and Proof of receipt is available in our Accounting and Legal Dept, We also encourage any company planning to do business with this person to contact us for proper feedback before accepting or taking any order.
