Wrong Product and Hard Time Getting Refund
My wife and bought columns and capitals from Pacific and they sent the wrong sizes and when we tried to get them returned and exchanged, they gave us a hard time and acted like it was our problem, then we just wanted our money back and could not get anyone to return our calls and when we finally got someone to call us, he was rude and was trying to get out of returning our money. We let our credit card company fight them and we did get out money back from credit card company. I would never purchase anything from them again and I would advise you all the same. Beware when dealing with them, if you decide to even mess with them. Best wishes, Robert
