Marge Wendler was the worst landlord I've ever had. Not only were we threatened with eviction after 1 noise complaint (coming home from vacation at 2:00am to unload our car), we were questioned on our life decisions and our career goals. Being young professionals, it was quite the rude comment since we have been nothing but friendly with our neighbors as well as paying our rent early/on-time. Marge is very elderly and seems to be living in the 1920's with her respect for her tenants. Any issues that came up she would disappear and not answer phone calls. I will never live in another facility of hers and would recommend others to go with their other choice. What an awful experience.
