I originally made an order to pillow pets on Oct. 11 for 6 of the different pillows and received a confirmation order right away. I received those in a timely manner. I tried to order 6 more right after the first order and the website told me I had to wait for 30 minutes to order more, so I called the company and placed the order with them. The customer service rep said I should receive a confirmation email shortly. I never got any emails. I have already paid for these items and still have yet to receive them. I called pillow pets yesterday and they said the reason the items weren't shipped out was because the tiger was on back order. I said fine switch it to an animal that is not on back order, so she said the dolphin wasn't and replaced the order. I checked my email today and still no confirmation email. I called again and this time they said there was no confirmation email because now the dolphin is on back order. I think this is ridiculous! I had to duplicate one of the pets because every other one was on back order. I am very upset because these are for my day care kids for Christmas and I wanted it to be special for each individual and now 2 of them will have the same one.
