John K. is a crook! He moved into our neighborhood a year ago and scamed several of us into replacing our roofs. We payed him close to 17,000. Most(if not all) of that money went into his pocket and not to the subcontractors. So far we have received several "Nonpayment" notices from the companies he used. We just found out yesterday that we never passed the final inspection form the city. Oh yeah, John and his wife have moved out of the house they were renting here, and will not return phone calls. Seems he has done this to many people. BEWARE!!!!
