DO NOT go to this place for rental properties. They are a total scam! Their contract and their words are full of lies! They will not give you a refund of $180.00 if you decide to cancel the contract as the are telling people over the phone. #1, you will not get a refund for 90 days minus $50.00 they keep. #2, you still have to pick up their weekly listings even though you are no longer looking. #3, You have to turn in all listings at the 90 day period to get $130.00 refund (eventhough it does not say that on the contract). #4, Trying to reach owner, Carlos Martinez, is impossible. #5, The staff including June, Chris, and a mean old woman are very nice when you arrive. They promise the world but will turn on you if you complain. They made my daughter cry when she tried to ask questions today and showed absolutely no empathy toward her. Legally we are not going to take this!!!
