"BEWARE" Polytone Musical Instrumments does it again
|
Beware of this Company. They are not trustworthy and are stealing money from unsuspecting musicians. I see that the BBB in Los Angeles also has a similar complaint to mine. Check out this link for Polytone musical instruments complaints. [http://www.la.bbb.org/BusinessFind.aspx] My friend went online and was told by their sales associate MR.Jerry Curtis of Polytone that they would sell me an amplifier. After discussing the price I agreed to purchase their amplifier and he agreed to ship it to me when it was finished, which he said would be two weeks later. I paid with a a bank draft transfer directly to polytones account at their bank. They sent me the proper email stating they recieved my money and i would get the amp in a few weeks. THAT WAS IN JULY> After a discussion with their Business Officer "DIANA ROCHE" i was told it would be sent. Since then I have left approximately 10 phone messages, two of which were returned, each telling me that they were waiting for parts and that the amp would be finished in a few weeks. On DEC I sent a letter asking for a refund. I have had no response to the letter, and have not received the item I paid for. "TO ALL MUSICIANS OUT THERE BEWARE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS" I have contacted the RCMP in Canada, the Better Business Bureau in Los Angeles and The American Business Fraud centre, The Los Anfeles Police whom are investigating this company to try to get my money back.
I would rate them as MINUS 10 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!
