Oliver Kopplin was an excellent travel agent. He was very friendly and professional. He gave all the proper information that I needed to help better prepare myself for the cruise. On top of the neccessary paper work he gave me extra information about many things such as about the ship that I was going on and all this helped me out very much. I will definitely book all my future vacation plans with him.
