Every bad review prior to this one is spot on. I think there are endless reasons why Primecast should disappear from the face of the earth. Is anyone even able to contact a rep from their new number (888-532-2980)? I've been moved out of the apts that required to have this crappy service but am unable to cancel or pay the last bill. I've called several times now and I get put on hold for more than 30 min and hang up because that is unacceptable. I think it is ridiculous that although they filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy, some apts are still allowed to be with them because they are still allowed to operate (for example the one I was at) and now I'm having to deal with their bs.
