Extremely Disappointed
1 star is even too much for this company. Customer service is not one of their top priorities. I researched online for a wholesale company and theirs popped up right away. Usually I will look for reviews before I order anything from anyone. They did not have any, so I decided to take a risk and place a small order first. Upon completion of my order, a confirmation was received and money was taken out of my credit card immediately. It also stated that a tracking number would be given within 1-2 business days. I called to confirm that everything was all set. The woman who took my call was curt and told me it was fine and to be patient and wait for a tracking email. A few days go by and nothing was received. I called the company and was directed to a voicemail. I left a message and waited a few more days. No phone call was received. I called again and still no answer. I emailed 3 times and still no response. It's very disappointing that they would do this. I would have ordered from them on a regular basis had they gotten my order sent out or at least responded as to why nothing was received. Luckily for me, my money was returned mysteriously. I never spoke with anyone but perhaps they received my complaints but were to ignorant to even return a call or an email.
