Over all I would give this company one star. Being a customer has it's definite disadvantages. First, they get you to agree to a 90 minute presentation. They do this by telling you they will give you a tour of the property and a free gift. They assure you it will only be a 90 minute presentation and tour. Next, they take you on a tour, not showing you the typical rooms, but rather the most expensive rooms available and promising you that you will get to stay in these rooms. I specifically asked if the room we were looking at would be the same room (or type or room) we would stay in if we used their membership package. They assured me it would. I returned to the property for a vacation less than one year from the date we purchased the package and we were told we did not qualify for that room. They put us in a lesser room, though it was fine for what we needed it was disappointing that we were lied to in order for us to buy the package. But I'm getting ahead of myself here. After the tour we told them we were not interested in the package. They sent over another sales person who supervised the one we were touring with to try to talk us into the package. We declined. They then sent over a third representative who promised us a variety of things, including several different bonuses to our package that were not included. He enticed us to purchase the package with outright lies. We were promised things that we never received, and very disappointed with the responses we got to our complaints. When we called to complain about the things we were promised and never received we were told "I don't know why they tell you that" or "That is not part of your package." In planning a second trip trying to get our money's worth out of this package my credit card was charged twice and they refused to acknowledge this at first. I was told that they did not charge me twice at all, that I was mistaken. I was looking at my bank statement. I am currently in the process of trying to cancel this trip completely and get a refund, I even have an associate at my bank working on trying to figure out why they charged me twice. We keep calling the company only to be told that the party who can help us is in a meeting. Finally after almost a week of being pushed aside and not dealt with they are saying they have a manager looking into it. I do not recommend that ANYONE purchase a Royal Holiday Club package. Their service is sub par and they do not treat customers with much respect at all.
