Terrible customer service. Owner refuses to follow the Gramm Leach Bliay privacy act regarding protecting consumer personal information. Russells Towing does not display business license in public view & refuses entrance for consumer to inspect licenses. On 1/22/11 owner of Russells took unauthorized copy of driver's license/credit card when credit card was extended for payment. Russell Scott also refused to allow customer verification of business license. Also, invoice has a different address as the business address other than where the services actually took place. Owner & business seem seedy.
Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau & have left a message for the Economic law department at the Anaheim PD to file a complaint
