Do not trust the informercial, especially from Shark Company regarding the Corless Sweeper. This unit is very weak, it does not have enough power to suck up anything small, like pet hair. When you use the unit on hard floor, you have to run over the same surface 3 - 4 times to get all the stuffs you want. It does not work well on carpet either. It is NOT RISK FREE if you order it from the informercial, as you have to pay for S&H to try it, if you don't like, you have to pay for another S&H plus insurance to return it, Total is about $40 plus.
The customer service online or by phone are not useful either. They don't seem to do whatever it takes to satisfy customers.
I made mistake to order it this time, and I hope other consumers do not make the same mistake. It's best to buy something from the store, where you can return it if you are not happy with it. Some other companies are also good about refund customers all the S&H charge if they decide not to keep the product.
I will stay away from this kind of company, and will not support it in the future.
