Unanswered CLAIM 2314

I have bought some HealthDesigns.com items in the end of 2014, applied (and obviously paid) for the InsureShip, as said "insure" in case my supplements didn't arrive.
What happened is: my products didn't arrive till now, and I have placed my refund request religiously during the time frame described in the terms and conditions of the insure: between 30 and 60 days after the shipment has been made.
My so called "CLAIM #2314" has been then fulfilled with lots of adittional information which were immediately provided as requested by the InsureShip's staff.
The last response I got from them was on March 17th, in which they informed me the following:
"The assigned agent has completed the processing of your claim. It is now under final review and judgment will be decided shortly."
In the insure's policy, it states that the final answer should be available within 10 business days, a period that has expired a long time ago.
Since then, I tried contacting them often, but hadn't got any answer.
The fact is that I paid for an insure of InsureShip and my products at HealthDesigns (by the end 2014), didn't receive my items, and now also any refund.
I am looking forward for having a friendly denouement for this, an answer from InsureShip, and above all, an apologize from the company for making a fool out of customers.
