Southland tow is also known as Action Towing. Although I did have an issue with one of the driver's, I feel this company did a good job at handling the problem. I felt disrespected by some of the things that were said by the driver and when I spoke with the company, they were all very respectful and handled my complaint very well.
In every business there are managment and employees. Unfortunately the employees can bring a bad name to a good company. In this situation I realized that the actions of one individual shoulc not have an impact on what I think about the company as a whole.
I am satisfied with how I was treated after my complaint and plan to write further reviews if I have additional good or bad experiences.
I WOULD reccomend this company to others who need a towing service.
