Have had similar dealings with this company.
Bought the "Pathfinder trading System", managed by a "Dave Howard".
Howard shut down trading on or about December 20, 2008.
Tried to get my money back for the program from "Spyglass", which they refused.
Have exchanged numerous emails with "Dave Howard", about when I would get my trading account money back. He has been evasive, did not answer direct questions, and recently I caught him in an outright lie.
This is fraud, by both Spyglass and "Dave Howard" (Flatiron). I have spent many hours on this, and if anyone wants to contact me for further information, and/or follow-up, I am available anytime, by cell, at (917) 923-3080. I am on NY time. HOW DO WE FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT?
UPDATE: Spyglass moved from the West Century Boulevard address. Does anyone have their new address?
We are collecting names and information on investors who have been involved with both Spyglass and Flatiron. We are aware of four (4) investors who are in this situation. Please contact me if you are an investor, and I can explain what has been done to date in this matter.
