We purchased an electric tongue jack thru Ebay from T-Motorsports. I guess it was a mistake from the beginning. The box was ripped open when we receive it but everything was there, so we installed it to our trailer. After using it 2 times it started giving us trouble, it would work sometimes but not all the time. We took off the plug on the top to hand crank it to start and noticed it was rusty inside. It was leaking! After one more time using it, the switch broke apart! We replaced that with a switch from a different company but then the motor started acting up. We contacted them and were told because it was bought from Ebay there were no returns but for $45.00 for shipping they would replace all parts when they received the broken ones. So we shipped them the motor and the circuit breaker. After waiting over a week for them to ship it back, they only shipped the motor! When we contacted them again, they insisted they did not receive the circuit breaker only the motor. Kind of hard to do when they were shipped in the same box! We contacted them again and they will do nothing else for us. We will never order from them again and advise everyone else to do the same!!
