Truly the worse experience I've ever had. My contract had been altered without my knowledge in order to achieve a financial agreement with bank. The finance manager and general manager are very dishonest, and disrespectful. I encourage all to do your homework prior to making a huge decision such as purchasing a vehicle, especially from the car shack. An extremely costly mistake on my part for not doing so. Not until the bank returned the contract, did I decide to check on customer reviews. You will not find anything satisfactory on the net about this business. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. The salesmen seem to be deserving of the one star, considering the can't control what goes on in the finance office. At least I don't believe they do. Window shopping there is a mistake! Take your hard earned money to a business that deserves it. Good Luck.
