Review 10/13/2010
|
My review is based upon my personal experience. This organization is regulated by the Florida Supreme Court as a private lawyer referral service.
The firm has recently referred members of the public to attorneys that have filed class action lawsuits against Time Share Marketing Companies and Time Share Recovery Companies.
The information gathered from the Claims have been forwarded to Statewide Prosecution and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement as well as the Department of Justice Local FBI office in Illinois.
Most recently individuals from Florida were indicted in Illinois for Time Share Fraud. More indictments are coming and in retaliation time share marketing companies and time share recovery companies are attempting to slander the Center for Legal Justice.
The Center collects no money from any consumer and the educational information is free. As an added service to any consumer rather than trust postings on anonymous websites the Center for Legal Justice will perform a complete background check on any company that you are considering doing business with.
Do not be a victim of fraud or mis-information by people that the center's panel of attorneys are suing and are soon to be indicted.
The Center for Legal Justice referred me to an attorney that obtained a $6000 judgment against a debt collector that reported inaccurate information to a credit reporting agency. The service charged me nothing.
Prior to allowing the center to refer me I contacted the BBB, the Attorney General and the Florida Bar. The BBB has given the Center an A- rating, the Attorney General has no complaints against this company and the Florida Bar indicated that the company was compliant with the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar.
More important each agent of the Center is required to obtain a legal expense insurance license from the Florida Department of Insurance.
