I have received a phone call by a person named Jerry Jones using the name of this company and their address, but with a phone number of 323 300 6277, with a business proposition regarding a time share that I hold in Orlando, Florida. He claimed he hada buyer for my property, and that the buyer was taking care of all of the closing costs, but I would have to pay $1500.00 for documentation and title transfer fees. When I requested they email information and the purchase offer, they did no hesitate to do so. The information about the company and the purchase offer had a website like to the better business bureau showing Mr. Mowbray's company has an A+ status. Luckily, I noticed the difference in the phone number given to me and the one listed on the BBB website. So I called Mr. Mowbray to verify the deal was valid---AND IT WAS NOT! Mr. Mowbray was honorable enough to return my call and verified what I already believed--that these people were trying to scam me. So I say Mr. Mowbray should get extra credit for being an upright business man---and the Better Business Bureau should be ultra aware and vigilant at how easily THEY can be taken advantage of...Thanks again Mr. Mowbray! You saved me from being scammed out of $1,500.00 that I can ill-afford to lose at this time.
