I have had nothing but problems since I purchased my travel package from Vacation plus travel. Every time my husband and I have ever tried to book a vacation we have had to call numerous times and have requested calls back only to be ignored. The owner Shawn Banks has always told us that she will call us back and have something for us and then she waits until the last minute when everything is booked up and tells us there is nothing available. It is very frustrating to deal with the people whom we have given over $4000 only to be treated as if we no longer matter to them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is no excuse for a business to not have the common courtesy to call back concerned customers when a call is requested. I am suppose to be going on vacation on July 28 and still do not have anything booked and have not been called back when promised. My husband and I just went to NY in May and did not even get confirmation for a hotel or airline until a couple nights before we were due to leave. We called 2 months in advance for these reservations and the Hotel we wanted to stay at was totally book so we were booked in a hotel that was still under construction. This hotel did not even offer the breakfast buffet that we had requested so we incurred additional expenses for breakfast. We were also suppose to get a refund for the high cost of the hotel and still have not received that back either. I am very dissatisfied with this company and want a refund for the money I paid them so I never have to deal with them again
