Bewared of Ken Jackson from Valuation Concepts, LLC. He does not pay appraisers for work completed and have collected money up front from borrowers. All lenders that use Valuation Concepts, LLC have been contacted not to send anymore orders and a complaint has been filed with the BREA. I have heard from the lenders that there are more appraisers complaining about not getting paid. I had the unfortunate luck of getting orders from Ken last month.
