Don't do business with WheelHero, they are dishonest!!

I purchase a set of tires for $512 from wheelHero; When I received the email confirmation, I realized they were the wrong size. I immediately requested to cancel the order. They disregarded my attempt to cancel the order and shipped out the tires regardless. April 11th (2 months after my purchase) and after 10 plus frustrating/rude back and forth emails with a very disrespectful support person; finally they sent me a return shipping label. It has been over 90 days, and multiple run-around emails, and they now have the tires and my money and no refund. It's absolutely frustrating and incredible that a company like this can be in business. No integrity! I hope the owner of Wheelhere sees this feedback. This is no way to treat a customer.
