i am horribly disappointed with the service i have recieved from this company. i orderd a set of rims and tires which came quickly, but i had orderd a warrenty they offered, but also sold me on, saying that since i live in new england and the winters are bad that they could be damaged and the warrenty will replaced any rims that are destroyed. this was a lie. in november of 2008 i hit a nasty pot hole which actullay broke a piece off and when i thought it was the tires not holding air as they were old, i went to get new tires. there i was showing that 2 rims were damaged. now it is mid march 2009, after un replied e-mails no one connecting me on the phone, other e-mails promises me compensasion in cash for rims they could not replace, which was also never giving. i am again dealing with un replied e-mails as i sit on the phone on hold till i hang in fruastrasion, i have been on hold for 20 mins now, and sent 5 e-mails this week. i highly suggest not trusting this company on there warrenty.
