I had ordered a set of rims from this company and was contacted by them telling me they were out of stock. The saleman said that he had another rim that would work, but they were more expensive I hated to spend more money, but trusted his judgement that they would work. I recieved my rims and had them installed only to find out the wheels would not even turn on my car. So I called them they still told me that they should work after I told them that they did not. I had to pay money to install and remove them from my car. They then told me that I had to put the rims back on my car in which I had already waisted money doing and take a picture to prove that they would not work then send it to them and they would credit my account I did this and they sent a call tag to get the rims. When they recieved the rims back they said that they was used and I should have not put them on my car. Why would I have not installed they said they would work. They said that they were not going to give my money back. There was nothing wrong with them rims other than them sending me the wrong ones. This is there fault I originally ordered the right rims. I want my money back. The sales people are very rude and obnoxious. I cannot believe that they are able to treat consumers like this and get by with this. I work hard for my money and own a business also. I have never treated my customers like this. This is their mistake and I am fighting now to get my money back. Do not order from this company they do not back anything.
