I am so glad to have found this site- nowIsee I am no alone in having a problem with this company.They are quick to take your order, take your money and send their product but that's about it. Oh yea- they push their "extended road hazard" warranty which appears to be worthless. If you hit a pot hole, the tire is NOT covered and the rim is only covered if it CAN'T hold air.You pay for the shipping back and forth- so valuable.Within a month of my purchase the cheap lug nuts ( included free) were rusting and the caps were spinning when I tried to tighten them. I called and was told they would replace them if I paid the shipping- No thanks- I went out and bought my own. Next, I hit a pot hole but since the rim could hold air, I was out of luck. Next the finish started peeling off so I tried to contact them- what a run around! Their "Customer Service" just does not exist. They are all with attitude ( well maybe not all- I did deal w/ one helpful guy) and the so- called "Service Manager" is a joke. Each time you call you are put on hold forever ( I am so sick of listening to their background music.) After being on hold for 20 minutes or so you are told that someone will get backl to you- never happens. Same with the E-Mail- If you write them they will respond with a question you have already answered and if you reply , you will not hear back- so the circle starts all over again. It appears to be a stall until either you give up in frustration or the warranty period expires. I strongly suspect that they manufacture their own product and that by stalling long enough they don't have to honor any ( or many) warranties. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Do yourself a favor and go purchase from a local dealer. If you have a problem you will be able to go in person and save a ton on "shipping and handling". I have removed the junk I was sold and replaced it but I am basically out $750 bucks- an expensive lesson on what NOT to buy online, If anyone is interested in persuing a class action suit against them please contact me duffcooper2@yahoo. I'm sure they realize that out of state people are not going to bother with small claims court but if I were closer I would certainly see them there and most likely prevail.
