While the advertising was false and they did use tricky language to justify signing us up for things we didn't want, they DID refund IN FULL all charges ... but it took some work. Make sure you use the online chat feature. The agents will lead with "no", but they cave easily and will even give you a refund confirmation number before you finish. Be persistent and firm and you will get your money back. I wish we had read the rating before we got sucked into their "free trial". I'm not sure why they are allowed to continue to operate.
