You currently have a roofing contractor on your list who has changed his company name numerous times and has 4 expired licensed within a 9 yr period. Phil Ullio, owner of XTERIA, has remained in the same field which strongly indicates he is avoiding complaints, leins, etc.
Currently I have a Santa Clara Small Claims Court judgement against XTERIA INC, ROOFCO OF SILICON VALLEY, XTERIA CONSTRUCTION, XTERIA ROOFING and CONSTRUCTION # 762209 claim #7-10-SC-041591. Phil Ullio, has again, changed license #s since I did business with him in order to avoid the courts' judgement and his obligation. His actions reflect unethical, unfair business practices.
