Had to Report This Company to The Police/FTC for Credit Card Fraud

Please do not do business/order from Xymox Percussion. Unless they have a storefront that you can walk into, purchase your item, and actually walk out with the physical item.
Ordered items from Xymox and never received them, even though our credit card had already been charged. The company would not allow us to cancel the order, nor would they refund the money even though the items NEVER shipped.
We eventually had to go to the FTC, as well as the credit card company. Hoping we get our money back but if not, that was a very expensive lesson learned which could have been avoided if we had just googled Xymox Percussion's reputation!!
