Where is my order?????

My statement/question is for Kevin or anyone who works at XymoX Percussion.
Kevin, I do not understand your company's customer service policy. I am very disappointed in you. My 12 YEAR OLD son is an aspiring drummer - He LOVES your products - He searches YouTube and the internet watching other young people use your product while saving his money up in order to purchase one of his very own.
Christmas he received all the money he needed to complete his order. He could NOT WAIT - So, on DECEMBER 26th we placed our order ONLINE. MY BANK ACCOUNT was charged the $199 PLUS -
I do understand that it was likely that your company was closed for the Holidays and perhaps through New Years.
I did however, place numerous calls where I received your machine stating "Today is December 22...."
Finally after January 5th, I reached your machine and the message had changed - stating "if you are calling regarding an already placed order, please allow 10 business days".. AGAIN not a problem..
HOWEVER, today is January 22nd - I have left no less than 10 messages and 2 emails (as requested by the voice on your answering machine which also promised a reply within 1 business day)
Sorry Kevin, but someone there has definitely dropped the ball because ZERO of my messages have been answered and my order apparently has not shipped and my son is worried out of his mind.
ALL WE ever asked for is a small amount of customer service with a VOICE - some form of reassurance that our order is being handled and our money has not been ripped off!!
Is this too much to ask from a business?? What do I need to do in order to get someone to answer me from there? Hello?
