I actually had a great experience with this company. I didn't keep my account however, but cancellation was really easy. I read the reviews for this site before hand and felt a little leery about trying it, but I did anyways. Before I signed up though, I did see at the bottom a link to cancel, so I felt more secure.
My reasoning for cancelling is quite simple, they didn't have enough Rent to Own homes. I was searching for a fixed income home and there really just wasn't anything in my query. When I did cancel, it was very hassle free. They offered me lower priced deals, etc. But it was generally awesome.
For those that have been frightened to try the free trial on this site, don't be. It's so easy to cancel, and I was only charged my initial $1. It's a great resource for cheap homes for Sale and I just wasn't looking for that.
