I don't recommend this company at all! As the other reviews, that what exactly happens to our loan modification. We had our two properties for loan modification but they did not do a crap rather put me in more trouble. Luckily I negotiated with the banks and luckily got the final mod for one of my property but instead of the monthly payment goes down, it went up. Now the second property which I monitored with the bank finally sent me the trial mod but still payment is higher. I am now consulting
A lawyer to help me with this. This company is full of shit. A big regret in trusting them. Now I face a bigger problem because of them. If all of us get together and file a law suit against them then this will stop.
