I went on lending tree.com to request a loan. I received calls from a few companies. I decided to go with one of the companies that contacted me, after about 30 days onto the process, I received a voice mail followed by an email from Rick Guthridge, he
approved me within minutes and send everyone via email, I decided to lose the $450.00 I had already paid to the other company because his offer saved me thousands of $$$$$ He always responded to my emails and made the process flawless. I was then turned over
to Bill Durham to process and complete the loan and he was also amazing !! I closed in less than a month.
